禅城区教研室针对线上教育的特点，从“教的设计”转向“学的设计”，基于地方教育发展水平，基于不同层次学生的学习需要，首次提出开发“学习轻课”新举措。基于小英语地方教学实施方案，统筹禅城区内骨干教师系统开发“轻课”资源，构建“地方课程”“轻课”资源库。“轻课”资源旨在为学生打造开放的、多元的学习空间，推动小学生“移动学习”和“碎片化学习”，自主提升英语能力。
